As a proud Chicago native, I grew up surrounded by the vibrant hospitality scene in my family owned-and-operated Pops for Champagne. Being part of that world from an early age sparked my love for food and drink, and I quickly realized how much I enjoyed crafting memorable moments for others. After earning my Culinary Arts degree, I jumped straight into the kitchen at Pops, where I was inspired by the creativity and passion that goes into making every meal exceptional.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of working in some of the most renowned restaurants across the Chicagoland area; Austin, Texas; and Paris, France, where I honed my craft in a Michelin-starred establishment, solidifying my experience with high-level techniques and standards.
In addition to my culinary background, I spent over a decade running operations for Whole Foods Market, which kept me on the pulse of emerging health trends and the ever-changing preferences of today's diners.
With this unique blend of culinary expertise and operations background, I focus on creating personalized and unforgettable dining adventures. I love crafting menus that are not only tailored to dietary preferences but also reflect creative flavor profiles and, most importantly, make everyone feel cared for.
